Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied or have ordered the incorrect size of bit, goods must be returned within seven days of the shipping date. Goods will be exchanged or refunded as long as the product is in the same condition it was received in, i.e. unused and in its original packaging.
The goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase and refunds will be made in the original payment form.
Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable. When returning a bit please send it recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in the post.

Delivery Information
Goods are sent Royal Mail First Class Registered Post on the weight of the cart.
Goods will be dispatched within three working days. If this is not possible customers will be informed by e-mail or as is required.
Prices
Goods will be charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. If any unexpected price changes occur customers will be informed and asked if they wish to reconsider their order before it is processed.Complaints
